Warranty Terms


Every Crystal Skin purchase is protected by our automatically registered international 1-year warranty.

We take pride in the quality of the products we offer and will gladly provide a 1-to-1 replacement for any defective product within the warranty period, up to three times. Subsequent exchanges will incur a $30.00 SGD administrative fee per item.

All replacements require proof of purchase, and the defective product must be returned to us for verification and quality control purposes before a replacement can be issued.

Returned products must be in their original packaging or packaging that offers an equivalent level of protection.

Please note that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping and duty charges. For returns, please use a tracked shipping service, as we can only issue replacements for products that are returned to us. We are not responsible for lost parcels during transit.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material issues

  • Workmanship issues


What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, hits, scratches, chipped surfaces)

  • Improper use, care, or cleaning

The warranty is void if the product is found to have been repaired, tampered with, or modified by anyone other than Crystal Skin. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, and the warranty is non-transferable.
