Crystal Skin 1-Year Warranty


Every Crystal Skin purchase is backed by our international 1-year warranty, which is automatically registered with your purchase.
We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a 1-to-1 replacement for any defective product within the warranty period, up to three times. After that, a $30.00 SGD administrative fee will apply for each additional replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase, and the defective product must be returned for verification and quality control purposes. The returned product should be in its original packaging or packaging that provides similar protection.
Please note, return shipping costs and original shipping or duty charges are not covered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we can only issue replacements for products that are returned to us. We are not responsible for lost parcels during transit.


What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues


What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, scratches, hits)
  • Improper use, care, or cleaning

The warranty is void if the product has been repaired, tampered with, or modified by anyone other than Crystal Skin. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, and the warranty is non-transferable.
